About Ruff

Ruff is an Associate at Avison Young’s Nashville office. He works closely with Billy Lyell, focusing on the sales and leasing of redevelopment opportunities in the Nashville area.

Previously, Ruff was an Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease properties nationwide with a focus on quick service restaurants. He played a key role in sourcing deals, underwriting sites, and evaluating clients’ positions through market trend analysis to help elevate their portfolios through strategic opportunities.
