About Ryan

As a Vice President in Avison Young’s Charlotte office, Ryan Kendall specializes in industrial brokerage. He has been with Avison Young for four years and his primary responsibilities include strategic consulting and assisting corporate users with lease negotiations, expansions, contractions, as well as land disposition and acquisitions.

He is a Charlotte native, and his knowledge of the Charlotte market and surrounding markets enables him to provide clients with the highest level of assistance in all aspects of the transaction.

Ryan attended the University of Kentucky where he studied Business Administration. In addition to his studies, Ryan was a first team SEC Academic All American football player for the university.

Ryan holds both his North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate Licenses.
