About Samantha

Samantha Martinez is a Project Coordinator in the Project and Construction Management department. Previously, she was an Administrative Coordinator for the New  Jersey office.  Before joining Avison Young, Samantha was a Certified Technical Assistant to the Construction Official for the Township of Bridgewater's Code Enforcement Department. There she worked with residents and contractors, assisting them through the permit and inspection process.
