About Samantha

Samantha Hotaling is a Market Intelligence Associate on Avison Young’s Tri-State Market Intelligence team. She brings a diverse background in finance, leasing, and innovation, having previously interned with Avison Young’s Tri-State Leasing team in the summer of 2024. Her experience also includes roles at Morgan Stanley as a Wealth Management Intern and at CVS Pharmacy as a Specialty Innovation Intern.

While pursuing her degree, Samantha was an active member of The Consulting Group at Florida State University, where she provided strategic, data-driven solutions to businesses and organizations nationwide.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University.
