Avison Young New Jersey Announces New Long-term Industrial Lease for 60 Distribution Blvd in Edison

The firm closed a ten-year, 208,391-square-foot lease for Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC at 60 Distribution Boulevard in Edison, NJ.

Morristown, NJ – Jeffrey L. Heller, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s New Jersey offices, announced the firm closed a ten-year, 208,391-square-foot lease for Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC at 60 Distribution Boulevard, an industrial facility in Edison, NJ, part of the Exit 10 submarket.

 

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, a national, multi-market healthcare distribution company, will be using the facility at 60 Distribution Center as a new warehouse and distribution center for medical supplies and healthcare equipment. They are moving from a previous location in Secaucus.

 

An Avison Young team consisting of Timothy J. Cadigan, Senior Vice President, Matthew C. Turse, Senior Vice President, and John Recchia, Associate, along with Pinnacle C.R.E.A.S. represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The Avison Young team negotiated this deal as a direct lease with the building owner, Heller Industrial Parks, Inc. and the team’s strong familiarity with this particular market served well in this transaction.
