Scott Martin is a seasoned office tenant representation advisor and a recognized specialist in healthcare real estate across the Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. With more than 20+ years of experience, Scott delivers strategic real estate solutions that align with the unique needs of healthcare organizations and corporate clients.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Scott began his career at Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark Knight Frank), where he gained foundational experience in commercial real estate. He later held key roles at another leading firm, successfully executing transactions throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey and leading the Office and Investment Group with a focus on tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. Prior to real estate Scott worked at Morgan Stanley in finance.

Scott’s expertise includes tenant representation and relocation, lease negotiations, project leasing, financial and investment analysis, and landlord representation for property sales and leasing. He has represented a distinguished roster of organizations, including Rothman Orthopaedics, Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Cooper Health System, Jefferson Health System, Mid Atlantic Retina, Axia Women’s Health, Rutgers Behavioral Health, Weisman Children’s Hospital, and Wills Eye Hospital, among several other leading healthcare organizations.
