About Sean

Sean Cahill is a member of the Tristate Leadership Team at Avison Young and has management responsibility for the Fairfield/Westchester office. Sean is a member of the Tri-State Private Equity Advisory Group focused on both local and national pursuits. Sean possesses a broad base of experience in all facets of the real estate spectrum with expertise in large critical facilities, transaction management, proactive lease negotiations, and corporate capital markets for both office and industrial property types.

Specialties include strategic planning using Avison Young Technology Business Intelligence applications in coordination with Avison Young’s Market Intelligence Team to create market-leading technology solutions that use custom data analytics that enable occupiers to solve their complex real estate strategies and deliver real-time market perspectives.
