Sebastian Bernt is an Associate at Avison Young’s Downtown Los Angeles office, specializing in office and industrial landlord and tenant representation. He advises a diverse client base—including private investors, professional services firms, creative companies, and institutional owners—on leasing strategies, relocations, renewals, and investment positioning across the dynamic Los Angeles market.

Sebastian began his career as a Capital Markets Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he focused on the sale of retail and office properties throughout Los Angeles. He later joined Avison Young as the Western U.S. Office Market Intelligence Lead, delivering strategic market insights and data-driven analysis to brokerage teams and clients across multiple regions. His unique combination of research expertise and transaction experience allows him to provide informed, results-oriented solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.

Recognized as one of Los Angeles’ Top Real Estate Professionals Under 25 in both 2024 and 2025, Sebastian is actively involved in The Ohio State Alumni Association – Los Angeles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Business, and Communication from The Ohio State University.
