About Shane

Shane Soefker has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, hospitality and medical sectors. He brings extensive knowledge of organizational management, business development, acquisitions, asset management and development as well as vast experience in hard asset and debt acquisitions, development and capital formation.

Most recently he was an Executive Vice President, Principal, and leader of the Capital Markets Group for Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors in Memphis and the surrounding areas, directing sales, debt/equity and investment activity. Prior experience also includes Senior Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida offices, Principal at Flashpoint Capital Partners, Senior Vice President at Banyan Street Partners, and Vice President of Flagler Development Company where he was in charge of the six million-square-foot South Florida portfolio.

A native of Memphis, Soefker earned his bachelor’s degree from Christian Brothers University and a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Florida with a concentration in finance and development. He has a CCIM designation and is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and Florida. Additionally, Soefker has held Series 3, 7, 52 and 63 licenses.
