About Sierra

Sierra Bowron is the Marketing Manager for Avison Young's Charlotte office, where she leads strategic marketing efforts in support of the firm's brokerage professionals across office, industrial and investment sales. She partners closely with brokers to develop compelling property campaigns, client presentations, proposals, offering memorandums, tour materials, and other business development resources that strengthen the firm's market presence and contribute to successful leasing and investment outcomes.

In addition to overseeing the creation of high-impact collateral, Sierra manages property marketing across internal and external listing platforms, maintains brand consistency, and executes strategies that enhance client service while elevating the visibility of Avison Young's listings and professionals. Known for her attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and collaborative approach, she is committed to delivering polished, results-driven solutions that support business growth.

Sierra transitioned into commercial real estate marketing in 2020 and has since built more than six years of experience developing strategic campaigns that elevate commercial real estate assets and strengthen business development efforts. She joined Avison Young in 2021, where she continues to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client service and reinforce the firm's market presence. Sierra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kennesaw State University and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
