About Stephanie

Stephanie Miano joined Avison Young in February 2026 as a Property Manager in New York. She brings valuable experience from her previous role as Assistant Property Manager at Chelsea Market with Jamestown, where she supported operations for one of the city’s most iconic mixed‑use properties.

Originally from Long Island, Stephanie has called Astoria, Queens home for more than a decade. She is an active mentor with the Big Brother Big Sister program and enjoys spending her weekends exploring New York City with her mentee. Outside of work, Stephanie loves spending time with her husband and their two mischievous gremlins, Gus and Buddy, as well as diving into books and comics.
