About Steve

As a pre-construction manager, Steve Lyons oversees the development of project scope, project schedule and logistics plan, and project costing and coordinates daily with designers and engineers for construction drawings. He acts as a liaison between Avison Young's design and construction team with the client. Steve is passionate about innovative products and methods that are continuously improving the design. With over 15 years in the construction industry, he has acquired a diverse skill set that can apply to a wide range of projects at Avison Young. Steve has had direct involvement in 50+ projects as supervisor, project manager, and his current role as pre-construction manager.
