Steve Kohn specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate throughout North America.

Kohn is especially proficient in industrial real estate throughout the Midwest with an emphasis on his beloved Chicago area.

Kohn is a persistent prospector which has created numerous relationships with corporations, individuals, and municipalities. These hire Kohn in the disposition and acquisition of warehouse space, land, commercial property, office space, multifamily, and complicated real estate situations.

Since entering commercial real estate on January 15th, 1997, Kohn has worked with one of the largest home improvement retailers in the world on a massive supply chain transformation, dozens of local clients on numerous transactions, and the disposition of properties for several Land Banks transforming neighborhoods while improving Cook County’s financial position.   

Kohn has a trusted network of service providers including attorneys, contractors,  and environmental companies. These relationships save clients time and money. 

Kohn is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BS in finance and a graduate of the Roosevelt University with an MBA. Kohn has also achieved the prestigious and SIOR designation, served on numerous community organizations, and boards . Among his many passions include parenting,  playing hockey, reading, traveling, and soul singing.
