Susan Hunt-Krygiell has been a leader in the real estate industry, in the Las Vegas Valley and throughout Clark County.  As a native of Las Vegas, Susan brings decades of experience as a real estate professional providing brokerage services for her clients and establishing partnerships within the community. 

Susan has represented clients and her own real estate investment groups from across the globe, resulting in nearly $1 billion in real estate transactions in the Greater Las Vegas area. Her extensive experience includes acquiring and selling vacant land, with a focus on assembling parcels, creating concepts, and obtaining approvals for the highest and best use. Her skills encompass analysing market demand and identifying end users for commercial, hotel, gaming, multi-family, industrial, office, residential, industrial and healthcare properties.

• Previous Broker Owner of Masterpiece Properties.
• Represents individual clients for purchase and sale of investment and/or repurposing of properties.
• Negotiates and develops entitlements for large assemblages of land in Clark County.
• Coordinates land parcels, identifies uses and supervises execution of plans and studies for entitlement, architectural development, engineering.
• Creates marketing efforts to suit the property, as well as the clients/groups individual needs.
• Develops objectives and use strategies in support of overall development/land development goals.
• Directs negotiations of major real estate contracts and joint venture agreements.
• Develops major proposals, presentations, and brochure materials.
