About Susie

Susie Choe is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning transaction coordination, investment sales support, portfolio analysis, accounting, and institutional property management. Her diverse background provides a strong financial and operational foundation that informs her strategic approach to asset management.

Susie began her career at Insignia/ESG and later CBRE, where she developed expertise in lease analysis, financial modeling, marketing coordination, and retail investment sales support. She further expanded her analytical capabilities at Digital Realty Trust as a Portfolio Analyst, supporting West Coast construction, acquisition, and leasing initiatives. Returning to CBRE as a Senior Real Estate Accountant, she managed advanced accounting functions for Two Rodeo Drive, a premier Beverly Hills asset, including financial reporting, annual budgeting, and quarterly reforecasts.

Since joining Avison Young in 2016, Susie has managed significant office and retail portfolios on behalf of institutional ownership. She currently serves as Senior Property Manager at 865 S. Figueroa Street in Downtown Los Angeles, a Class A office asset owned by Manulife. In this role, she oversees financial performance, building operations, tenant improvements, and tenant relations, ensuring high-level execution and client satisfaction.

Susie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego.
