About Tabetha

Tabetha Petch is an Assistant Property Manager for a portfolio of approximately 650,000 square feet which consist of five class A and B office buildings in the Katy Freeway submarket. Her primary responsibilities are overseeing the day-to-day management and operations, financial reporting, budget preparations and tenant relations.

In 2019, Tabetha began her career in commercial real estate as a Property Administrator with Madison Marquette. In this role, Tabetha provided onsite property administrative services for a portfolio totaling over 1 million square feet which consisted of three office building centers and three retail properties in the Clearlake and Houston area.
