Ted Faust is a Tennessee Affiliate Broker with a strong foundation in real estate investment, ownership, and management. Over more than a decade, he has acquired, operated, and improved a portfolio of residential and small commercial assets. His hands-on experience spans acquisitions, sales, title-challenged transactions, due diligence, renovations, tenant relations, and financial oversight, giving him a practical, investor-minded perspective that directly benefits his clients.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate full time, Ted built a career in biological and environmental science, regulatory compliance, and technical due diligence. He has worked with federal and state agencies, managed complex data and permitting requirements, and led multidisciplinary teams on high-stakes projects. This background gives him a disciplined, analytical approach to property evaluation, risk assessment, and market research, skills that translate into clear guidance and confident decision-making for buyers, sellers, and investors.

Outside of his professional work, Ted enjoys life with his wife and three children and is an avid cyclist. He also serves on the board of the Clinch Valley Trail Alliance (CVTA), an organization that advocates for trail stewardship throughout the greater Roane and Anderson County regions.
