Thomas Aitken’s career in the commercial and industrial real estate business spans over thirty years, with a special focus on the central Route 128/95 market in the suburbs surrounding Boston, MA. In his extensive career, Tom has completed millions of square feet of leasing assignments and has sold more than $250 million of commercial real estate on behalf of his clients.

Although focused on the Boston area, Tom has also completed national transactions for various Fortune 500 companies. He brings his extensive market knowledge and seasoned transaction experience to both tenants and landlords. Tom strives for strong client relationships and successful outcomes for each assignment in which he is involved.
