About Thomas

Thomas is a Senior Property Accountant in Avison Young’s Raleigh office, bringing nearly a decade of commercial and residential real estate accounting experience to the team. Before joining Avison Young, Thomas worked at Lundy Management Group from 2021 to 2025, where he advanced from Staff Accountant to Senior Staff Accountant, supporting a diverse portfolio of properties and strengthening his analytical and financial reporting expertise. Prior to that, he spent five years with Trademark Property Services as a Staff Accountant.

Before transitioning into real estate, Thomas worked in college athletics administration at the College of Charleston and North Carolina State University, where he developed strong organizational, communication, and operational management skills. His combined background in finance and administration allows him to bring a well-rounded and detail-driven approach to supporting clients and property teams across the region.
