About Tiffany
Tiffany Godley joined Avison Young in 2012 and currently serves as Senior Controller for Property and Facility Management. She is responsible for achieving financial and operational objectives for the U.S. Real Estate Management Services portfolio. Tiffany oversees revenue recognition and pipeline tracking, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with contract terms and coordinating all supporting documentation. She also manages accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoice coordination and collections, while producing and analyzing monthly financial reports for our clients and their assets.
Tiffany has been instrumental in strengthening Avison Young’s Real Estate Management Services platform through multiple acquisitions and mergers. She has successfully integrated incoming teams, expanded the company’s SOC 1 environment and organizational controls, and driven the standardization and streamlining of internal accounting processes. Tiffany prioritizes client satisfaction and exceptional service delivery by developing training programs for team members and tailoring solutions to meet property-specific needs—enhancing Avison Young’s ability to deliver customized, high-quality results.
