About Tina

A dedicated professional, Tina Harris has been a valuable Avison Young's Retail Advisory Services Group member since May 2011. With over 25 years of experience, she has built an impressive track record of delivering leasing results in enclosed malls, mixed-use shopping centers, new construction developments, and outlet centers.

She is actively involved in Landlord and Tenant Representation, providing preconstruction leasing, creative negotiating skills, site selection, strategic planning, market analysis, store repositioning, and renewal services. Her ability to cultivate strong relationships with retailers, restaurant concepts, entertainment venues, and the brokerage community has been consistent throughout her career.

Before joining Avison Young, she worked at General Growth Properties, one of the largest REITs in the country. There, she was responsible for leasing an annual average of 1.5 million square feet of retail space in four shopping malls, consistently ranking as a “Top Performer.”

Recently, Tina focused on the merchandising and leasing of Celebration Pointe in Gainesville, FL, a one-million-square-foot mixed-use development. Celebration Pointe offers dining, traditional/outlet retail, residential, hospitality, office, and an entertainment district anchored by Regal, Bass Pro Shops, and a regional sports complex.
