Todd is a Senior Vice President at Avison Young and brings more than 35 years of office leasing and commercial real estate experience across Center City Philadelphia and the region’s suburban submarkets. With over 400 completed lease transactions totaling more than 8 million square feet—most within Philadelphia’s West Market submarket—Todd offers deep market insight and a proven track record that uniquely position him to guide clients through complex lease negotiations and real estate strategy.

Todd has represented a diverse mix of clients, including private and institutional landlords and investors, corporate occupiers (tenants), law firms, and nonprofit organizations, giving him a 360-degree understanding of deal dynamics from every perspective. Widely regarded as an industry leader, he is a trusted advisor with expertise in market analysis, office leasing, negotiation strategy, workplace strategy, and interior design coordination.

Todd has held senior roles at Grubb & Ellis (Newmark), Equity Office Properties, and Jones Lang LaSalle, spanning tenant representation, landlord leasing, and REIT portfolio management. Throughout his career, he has primarily focused on tenant representation, advising occupiers on lease transactions in Center City Philadelphia.

Todd attended the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, where he double majored in finance and marketing.
