Professional Profile
Tom Truxillo joined Avison Young as a result of the November 2013 acquisition of McShea & Company, Inc. He had been with McShea & Co. since 1990 and built his practice over the years by representing a broad base of clients in both sales and leasing across a variety of product types. He has experience in land, retail, office, industrial and investment properties.
Tom has represented the interests of clients including: Rowman & Littlefield, Whitaker Brothers, TA Beach, Klinedinst Management, Adventist Health-Care, TruGreen Chemlawn, Forrester Construction, Rickman Construction, Eastman Strings, Siena Corporation, Linton Enterprises and First Potomac Realty Trust.
