About Tresa

Tresa joined Avison Young with a background in Marketing and has since held positions where she gained experience in corporate operations, strategic marketing, and commercial real estate. She oversees the operations and marketing department which markets properties for sale, lease, and purchase all over the country.

Her specialties include target marketing, strategic planning, market positioning, and company operations. Tresa is focused on helping grow the business and team at the San Diego office and input new measures for efficiencies across all departments. Tresa also works on commission accounting, CRM platform, and business development.

Tresa’s role brings her across to the property management department where she assists with site visits, property improvements, and property marketing. Her job is to manage the process for marketing and positioning the properties and prepares quarterly reports to ownership.
