About Linda

Linda joined Avison Young’s Real Estate Management Services team in 2025, bringing more than 45 years of experience in commercial real estate management. Throughout her career, she has held key roles in property, asset, facilities, and portfolio management across retail, office (class A, B, and C), and residential properties.

Linda has overseen diverse portfolios, including multiple properties in Pittsburgh’s Central Business District and surrounding suburbs. Her client base has ranged from investment firms and sole proprietors to government agencies. She has managed more than one million square feet of space and spent 30 years overseeing Centre City Tower.

Before joining Avison Young, Linda served as Regional Portfolio Manager for R.W. Baird, where she managed 74 branches nationwide, and as Director of Facilities for Hefren-Tillotson.

A Pittsburgh native, Linda is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), and Licensed Real Estate Broker.
