As the U.S. Office and Life Sciences Lead for Market Intelligence, Tucker White guides national research strategy across two of the firm’s most dynamic sectors. In this role, he partners with colleagues across the U.S. to deliver data-driven, analytically rich insights that support clients and producers. He helps translate complex market trends — spanning office, lab, and biomanufacturing environments — into clear, actionable intelligence that informs strategic decision making.

Tucker oversees all U.S. office and life sciences-focused thought leadership, sales enablement, and data initiatives. His work integrates supply-and-demand fundamentals with labor dynamics, capital funding trends, and innovation drivers to highlight how markets evolve and where opportunities emerge. He also plays a central role in promoting adoption and visibility of Avison Young’s Market Intelligence technologies across the organization.

With over a decade of commercial real estate experience, Tucker brings a deep understanding of market behavior and occupier dynamics. Prior to stepping into his current role, he held several research positions at Avison Young — including East Region Senior Manager, U.S. Office Agency Lead, and Senior Research Analyst — and also served as Research Director at Hunneman Real Estate.
