About Tucker

Tucker White serves as Avison Young’s Life Science lead for the Market Intelligence group where he focuses on tracking supply and demand lab and biomanufacturing space in conjunction with labor and funding trends across the US. He is also responsible for managing market intelligence efforts across all asset types within the Boston and Philadelphia markets. Prior to this, Tucker served as the Northeast Lead for the Innovation & Insight group at Avison Young and has 10 years of commercial real estate experience, most of which has been based in New England. Prior to joining Avison Young in January 2022, Tucker was a Research Director at Hunneman Real Estate for 2 years after serving as a Senior Research Analyst back at Avison Young for 6 years.
