- Following the COVID-19 pandemic office visitation across Greater Philadelphia was highest on Wednesdays and Thursdays but in the past 12 months that has changed. After two consecutive years (2022 & 2023) of Wednesday and Thursdays seeing the greatest amount of visitation, Tuesdays now lead the pack in office visitation.
- Currently Tuesday office visitation stands at 65.4% from its pre-pandemic levels of visitation, above both Wednesday and Thursdays by 5.9% and 9.0% respectively.
- There has also been a noticeable uptick in office visitation on Mondays across Greater Philadelphia, now up 14.9% YoY surpassing Friday levels of visitation, and is now sitting at 49.2% of its pre-pandemic levels of visitation.
