About Tyler

As Vice President in Avison Young’s Charleston office, Tyler brings a disciplined, process driven approach to advising clients across the Southeast.  He specializes in industrial real estate and industrial outdoor storage (IOS), advising tenants, landlords, investors, and developers across all product types and transaction structures.

Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2020, Tyler has supported clients through lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and site selection. Licensed in South Carolina and Georgia, he is known for his responsiveness, market insight, and commitment to delivering strategies that support both business goals and community growth.

Tyler is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a BSBA from the Kenan‑Flagler Business School.
