About Vikrant

Vikrant Ghate joins the New York office as New York City Manager for Market Intellegience bringing experience in commercial real estate research, data analytics, and prop tech. He began his career at JLL in the Metro DC region, where he specialized in tenant representation and advised top technology companies, law firms, healthcare systems, and government contractors on major headquarters relocation projects. While at JLL, he also contributed to the development of internal tools and client-facing platforms that advanced the firm’s tech capabilities.

Most recently, Vikrant was the NYC Manager on the VTS Data team, providing real-time predictive analytics to owners and investors. There, he worked closely with clients to interpret market trends and guide space planning, pricing strategy, and investment decisions.

In his new role, he will drive strategic insights and thought leadership, and support brokers and senior leadership with customized market intelligence and competitive analysis.

Vikrant graduated with a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He received his bachelor’s degree from Babson College, where he concentrated in Finance and Real Estate.

Born in India and raised in New Jersey, he currently lives in New York City and enjoys photography, filmmaking, music, and training for triathlons.
