Vincent O'Toole is Senior Vice President of Retail Brokerage at Avison Young and is based in Dallas Texas. Vincent is a results-oriented commercial real estate leasing executive with more than 30 years’ experience across a diverse range of property types.

Known for leveraging innovative leasing and redevelopment strategies, he has significantly enhanced the value of some of the most prominent shopping centers in the United States, including Tysons Galleria. With meaningful relationships and a strong network spanning multiple states, Vincent is adept at leading teams toward achieving complex strategic goals. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. O’Toole has held many roles at the real estate companies in the United States including JLL, Poag Development Group, The Starwood Properties and Howard Hughes Corporation and Trademark Property Company. Throughout his career, he has effectively utilized his deep knowledge of the real estate industry and his connections with national, regional, and local tenants to drive success.
