Specializing in tenant representation, Wesley advises clients on strategic real estate planning. She has over ten years of experience navigating clients through complex analytical processes.  Her market knowledge, detailed process, and effective negotiating have helped local and national non-profits, associations, government contractors, and law firms advance their goals and achieve efficiency and cost-savings with their real estate.  Wesley’s clients include the Brunswick Group, Alion Science & Technology Corporation, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, and Dykema Gossett PLLC.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Wesley was an Associate Principal at MMG Partners, a financial services consulting firm in New York.  At MMG Partners, Wesley lead a team of six analysts that provided data analysis and reporting for leading financial institutions, including Citigroup and Northern Trust.
