About Woodrow

In his capacity as a Building Engineer, Woodrow performs preventive and routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and systems managed by Avison Young. This includes, but is not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building repairs, furniture moves, life safety and associated systems and other duties as needed. He works closely with our Vice President of Maintenance and Construction and Property Managers to ensure the reliable operation of building systems, physical appearance, safety and security of all facilities.
