About Yako

With over 15 years of Property Management experience in commercial properties consisting of industrial, retail, office and commercial assets, Yako J. Heredia commenced his career in Property Management in 2000 with the Adler Group. Most recently, Yako was a Property Manager with the Easton & Associates Management Company, overseeing the day-to-day management of several industrial buildings and one office building totaling 850,000 sf. Prior to joining Easton, Yako was a Senior Property Manager and Leasing Agent with KW Property Management and a Property Manager with Americas Property Management working for institutional clients such as Time Equites and TA, as well as private owners and investors.
