Avison Young retained as property manager of 1000 Parkwood near SunTrust Park

High-visibility Class A office space available in Cumberland/Galleria submarket

ATLANTA, July 13, 2017 – Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced today that it has been retained by Adventus Realty Trust to handle leasing and property management for 1000 Parkwood, a 10-story, 213,000 square-foot office building located near SunTrust Park in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket of Atlanta.
