Avison Young Negotiates Sale of Industrial Building in Metro Atlanta for $9 Million June 12, 2018

Cobb County 130,250-square-foot warehouse offers easy access to major highways for reaching customers

ATLANTA – June 12, 2018 – The Atlanta office of Avison Young today announced it has arranged the $9 million sale of 3075 Chastain Meadows Parkway, a 130,250-square-foot warehouse in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Brent Weitnauer, Chip Watson and Ben Parker of Avison Young represented the seller, Suzuki, in the transaction with Exeter 3075 Chastain Meadows, LLC.

The facility is a modern Class A distribution or HQ facility located in Chastain Meadows Business Park that offers 2.9 acres of expansion capability.  

"3075 Chastain Meadows was one of the only larger freestanding facilities in the Northwest corridor of Atlanta,” said Weitnauer, principal of Avison Young. “We had significant interest in the site because of its image quality, access to major highways and unique expansion capabilities.”
