Avison Young adds bench strength to capital markets team in Austin

Stan Nowak will focus on industrial capital markets in Austin region and in San Antonio

Austin, TX – Avison Young today announced that capital markets expert, Stan Nowak, SIOR, Principal with the firm, has relocated from the Southern California office to Avison Young’s office in Austin. Nowak will focus on the expansion of the capital markets team’s industrial specialty in the Austin region and in San Antonio. 

Nowak’s motivation to relocate to Austin is in line with a growing trend for businesses of all sizes and types that have chosen Central Texas to call home. More companies are projected to relocate, grow or expand in the Austin area over the coming years.
