As a Vice President with Avison Young’s Land, Development and Industrial Advisory team, Sullivan Johnston represents buyers and sellers of commercial assets and land for development. Her extensive experience in research, marketing and transaction coordination allows her to educate and guide her clients through each stage of the deal process. Additionally, Sullivan and the members of Austin’s LDI team are regarded as experts on Austin’s development landscape, having been published, quoted, and referenced in numerous articles and news sources.
After entering the commercial real estate industry in 2016 as a Research Coordinator for the Avison Young Austin office, Sullivan transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator in 2018, where she contributed comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, led project research, and provided listing and transaction management.
Sullivan moved from her hometown of Charleston, South Carolina to attend the University of Texas at Austin, from which she received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business Administration in 2014.
Outside of the office, Sullivan enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her husband Sam and German Shorthaired Pointer Nash.
Sullivan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Council of Austin.
