Mark Sullivan is a Vice President for Avison Young’s Boston office. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Sullivan served as Senior Project Manager for The Walsh Company’s Boston Division and was responsible for the coordination and oversight of construction projects for Normandy Real Estate Partner’s building portfolio in the Boston Region. Utilizing real-time trade pricing, analyzing design packages’ materials options, and working within scheduling and local permitting regulations, Mark develops detailed construction budgets, estimates, and turnkey tenant proposals to assist with lease negotiations.  He has worked in the Boston construction marketplace for more than 27 years with such notable local construction management firms as TR White, Payton Construction, and Suffolk Interiors Group. He has cultivated excellent relationships with design teams and subcontractors throughout the region, employing collaborative practices to ensure projects are kept on track and that clients receive the maximum value for their design dollar.
