Industrial landscape surrounding Greater Philadelphia continues to thrive during pandemic

Jim Scott joins Avison Young as Principal, focusing on expanding industrial leasing and sale services throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware

Philadelphia, PA – David Fahey, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Philadelphia office today announced that industrial brokerage expert, Jim Scott, has joined Avison Young as a Principal. Scott will be part of the six-member industrial team that will serve institutional owners and industrial users in the Philadelphia region and around the country.

Scott brings 15 years of extensive industrial market experience to Avison Young. He comes to the firm after 12 years with Colliers International where he served as Senior Managing Director, providing his clients with valuable resources for real estate solutions around the world. He has completed several million square feet of industrial leasing and sale transactions in the metro Philadelphia market. Corporate sale, lease and consulting projects included more than a dozen states nationally, and spanned four continents globally.
