Arriving to Charleston in 2002, from Virginia Beach VA, Traci began working in a multifamily apartment home community in 2007. She became a licensed Property Manager in 2009. With over 14 years of experience in property management she has now managed a broad range of properties. Specialized tasks include, budgeting, marketing, and working successfully with her team members. She has overseen multimillion dollar renovations and managed lease up properties. Traci works hard to maximize profit for her owners while keeping communication top priority.
