Patrick Richwine is an associate industrial real estate broker with more than three years of experience in the Chicagoland market. Patrick currently works with Steve Kohn assisting clients in the Cook County are surrounding Chicago. He works with his client providing a range of brokerage services, including lease negotiations, landlord and tenant representation, and sale and procurement. Patrick is also well versed in site-selection and investment analysis. Patrick’s insight on the local Cook County area is invaluable cataloging the owners and tenants of over 60 million square feet of industrial space. Since joining Avison Young in 2020, Patrick has been involved in transactions totaling 500,000 square feet, and more than $5 million in total consideration.

While working at Avison Young, Patrick has been a part of the Emerging Leader Program, acting as the Ambassador during the 2020-2021 year, and has been an active participant in the companies  sponsorship of the Chicago Sky Women’s Basketball team. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder where he majored in Political Science. Post college, Patrick obtained his certificate to Teach English as a Foreign Language, prior to joining the Kohn-Richwine team.


Outside of work, you can find Patrick as an active participant at the Chicago Catholic Charities events, Greater Chicago Food Depository, or at intramural activities nearby his home in Logan Square.
