Chris joined Avison Young in 2016 as a Client Services Coordinator. She provides high-level operational, transaction and marketing support to a thriving industrial brokerage team. She works closely with her team to create, monitor and implement marketing and transactional activity for both Landlord and Tenant Representation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Some of her responsibilities include the preparation of customized marketing materials, RFP preparation and analysis, client reporting, transaction administration and listing services.
Prior to Avison Young, Chris was an office manager for seven years at a quickly growing independent insurance agency, providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Working as a liaison between clients and staff, she skillfully balanced the needs of customers while simultaneously providing critical team support to agency principals and office staff. She created operational efficiency by streamlining daily operations for the entire office which resulted in a significant increase in revenue and customer satisfaction.
Previously, Chris spent fifteen years at a bank, leaving as branch manager of operations. She provided excellent customer service and was responsible for a staff of more than fifty employees across multiple branches. She liaised with various corporate departments to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance was met, customer satisfaction and sales goals were exceeded and reports were completed on time.
