With more than 30 years of corporate real estate experience, Mike has completed more than $3 billion in transactions while representing adiverse group of clients from Fortune 50 companies to local, family-owned organizations. He joined Avison Young as a Principal in January2015 to continue as an office tenant representation specialist while playing a key role in Chicago market tenant advisory and new businessdevelopment efforts.

His extensive experience representing tenants and landlords has provided his clients with a well-rounded, comprehensive understandingof transactions and innovative solutions. As a well-respected member of the Chicago commercial real estate community, Mike’s long-standing professional relationships have ensured an efficient transaction process for his clients. His clients have included AT&T, Komatsu,Motorola, United Airlines and USG.

Before joining Avison Young, Mike spent five years as a Senior Vice-President with MB Real Estate. In 2001, Mike founded The Mike HullCompany, a Chicago corporate service real estate firm. Prior to 2001, he led the leasing efforts for Chicago-based Stein & Company, where he was responsible for leasing Chicago landmark buildings such as the Franklin Center and 203 North LaSalle.
