Avison Young negotiates two office leases totaling 80,103 sf at Corporate Pointe in Lewisville, TX

Dallas, TX – Global real estate advisory firm, Avison Young, is pleased to announce that it has negotiated two offices leases totaling 80,103-square-feet (sf) on behalf of the ownership at 1720 Lakepointe Drive in Lewisville, TX, a single-story, 80,103-sf property situated on 9.67 acres. The transactions include a new lease with Prime Controls (49,715 sf) and a lease renewal with BayMark Health Services (30,388 sf). With these leases executed, the building is 100% occupied. The property is part of Corporate Pointe, a two-building project that includes 401 E Corporate Drive, an 82,914-sf building that is currently 90% occupied.
Avison Young Vice President Michael Bowles, who is based in the Dallas office, represented the owner of Corporate Pointe, GL Corporate Pointe LP, in both transactions.

Prime Controls, an industrial equipment supplier, has leased 49,715 sf and was represented by Eric Crutchfield of Stream Realty. The company was in need of additional space for its 250 employees and selected 1720 Lakepointe based on the proximity to its current spaces which are next door and across the street.
BayMark Health Services (www.BayMark.com), North America's largest provider of medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders, has renewed its 30,388-sf headquarters lease and was represented by Jeff Eiting of Site Selection Group. A decade-long tenant, BayMark is planning on embarking on some interior upgrades and improvements as testimony to its long-term commitment to the location.
The office/flex property provides direct outside access for each tenant suite and is located one block east of Interstate 35E. It is centrally located within the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is just eight miles from DFW Airport. There are more than 80 restaurants and over 100 retail options within a two-mile radius of Corporate Pointe.
