Daniel Rudd is a principal in the Avison Young Dallas office specializing in tenant representation/occupier solutions. He currently focuses on Dallas/Fort Worth corporate office users and assisting clients wherever their needs take them.

Since 1997, Daniel has exclusively represented corporate clients in managing their real estate holdings, lease obligations, and occupancy needs. He is keenly aware of the strategic aspects of real estate to support overall corporate goals and objectives, on both a portfolio and individual basis… and implementing accordingly. He has diverse real estate experience having worked on numerous projects including: strategic real estate planning, portfolio analysis, portfolio transaction management, governmental economic incentive negotiations, sale-leaseback requirements, build-to-suits, site selection, demographic analysis, and general acquisition and disposition assignments involving virtually every property type including; office, industrial, retail, multifamily, medical, data center and call center space.
