Katherine DePauw is a Senior Property Manager with Avison Young’s Dallas property management team. She is responsible for the Avison Young medical office building portfolio located in DFW and surrounding areas (Irving, Forney, Rowlett and Denison).

Prior to joining Avison, Katherine was Senior Property Manager with a full service commercial real estate firm in Dallas that acquired a 500,000 SF Class A building in Las Colinas. She was instrumental in all aspects of the management transition and assisted with many facets of the $11.7M capital improvement projects.

During her 30+ year career, Katherine has managed over 6.5 million sf of office, industrial and retail assets in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, the majority of which were owner managed. Along with her extensive property management experience, Kathy has an accounting background, and has been actively involved with leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and coordination of capital improvement and tenant improvement projects.

Katherine is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas and has been recognized for leading sustainability efforts in achieving LEED Gold certification of a Class A+ building, along with Energy Star Ratings for several commercial office buildings.
