Madison joined Avison young in May 2021. Her commercial real estate experience began in security with CBRE at the Galleria Office Towers, totaling 1.4m rsf.

Over three years at Galleria Office Towers, Madison became the Security Supervisor, training and leading a team of seven staff members. She has also worked at Tollway Center, Greenhill Towers, 8505 Freeport Pkwy, and now Parkview at 1920 McKinney; our Avison Young corporate headquarters in Dallas. She has been a part of various sized teams from 3 – 40+ staff members. 

Madison is also technologically advanced and has extensive knowledge of fire panels, access systems, camera/security systems, parking equipment, and work order systems. 

She comes from a family of commercial real estate professionals and is following in her father’s footsteps with the goal of becoming a Senior Chief Engineer one day.
