As Research Manager for Avison Young’s Dallas office, Micah leads and oversees research and market insight for the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. His responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data used in quantitative and qualitative analysis, providing in-depth and high level understanding of market trends, writing topical reports, creating and designing informative presentations, and fulfilling on-demands for broker and client needs. This includes continuously developing and implementing industry-leading research that delivers deep market analysis and value driven real estate decisions to support successful client strategies.
Micah joined Avison Young in 2015 and served as Marketing Coordinator before moving into research. Previous professional experience included working for advertising firms as a videographer and graphic designer, and serving as two-time intern at the Cannes Film Festival.
