Susan brings extensive consulting expertise from positions held throughout her professional career. Prior to joining Avison Young in 2013, Susan joined Cresa Dallas's tenant representation and corporate services group as Senior Vice President in 2009. She began her real estate career at Fults Companies where she was Rookie of the Year.  From there, she created and implemented comprehensive strategic plans for Cawley International, helping firms across a broad spectrum of industries reduce costs through smart and innovative real estate transactions.

Susan's broad base of real estate and business experience helps companies plan real estate strategies to maximize bottom line potential by leveraging vast resources and her personal market savvy.  Her commitment to her clients, her attention to detail and her passion for the real estate business have earned her strong relationships with leaders in the community.  Her recent transactions include LSG SkyChefs, Miller Egan Molter Nelson Law, Downs Stanford Law, Credit Resolutions, Critical Information Systems, VCE in Richardson, and Meridian Business Centers

Personal Interests

  • While raising her three children, Susan has served her community by record-breaking fundraising for schools and has worked with Dwell with Dignity, the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center, The Family Place and NCL.  Susan enjoys travel and exercise.
