Prior to joining Avison, she was an Enterprise Business Executive for a leading global Fortune 500 technology company in the mid-2000s. With more than seven years of industry experience, she developed and managed; retail, enterprise, state, and local government accounts with a portfolio valued at over $20 million. She led robust solutions for sustainable cities, SMARTBuilding-initiatives, portfolio administration, and completed chief contract negotiations.

Kisha is a member of Avison's Emerging Leaders and Black Professionals Resource Group. She serves on the Avison Young Women's Network Council, responsible for women's workplace advocacy, mentoring programs, and membership development. Passionate about community, she is a part of her local Realtor Association's taskforce for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In her spare time, Kisha is forming a nonprofit focused on breast cancer awareness and women's health advocacy.
